PUL is a polyester knit fabric with a specially treated, clear TPU film bonded to the fabric making it waterproof. It soft, flexible and breathable, with a slight crossgrain stretch.
It is the number one fabric choice choice in cloth diapers, wet bags, diaper bags, travel bags, shower curtains, outerwear, mattress covers, incontinence products & other waterproof products.
