Delivery charges are based on size/weight of the parcel and UK shipping starts from £2.50.
Whole Rolls cost £15 per roll for shipping to most parts of mainland UK (Highlands and Islands £40 per roll).
Most orders are shipped by Royal Mail tracked service and you can choose which service during checkout.
Swatch orders are delivered for free in the UK via Royal Mail second class post.
We only ship within England, Wales, Scotland and The Channel Islands.

If you order before 12pm Monday to Friday (that is when the Royal Mail collects) we will normally pick and pack your order the same day. The warehouse does not open at the weekends.
When we despatch your order you should receive an email confirmation (please check your junk mail).
Most orders can choose the speed of Royal Mail service during checkout (Tracked 24 hour or Tracked 48 hour).
NOTE: Upgrading to Tracked 24 hours means that it will be sent out on a faster Royal Mail service. Your order will not leave our warehouse any sooner. Tracked 24 hour delivery IS NOT "Next Day delivery"

Sure! Swatches cost £1 each but delivery is free. You can add a swatch of a product to your basket from the product page drop-down. Swatches are approx 10cm x 10cm.
We accept Paypal, Visa Credit and Debit cards, Mastercard and Maestro.
Once your funds have been received we will ship your goods.
No you don’t. But if you’d like to all you need to do is add a password during checkout. Then when you shop with us next time (we really hope you will!) then your delivery address will already be there in your account so it’ll be super-quick for you.
We are happy to refund any uncut and unused fabric as long as it is within 30 days of delivery. Just email us first with details of what you need to return and why and we’ll get back to you with return instructions.
