What are your Terms & Conditions?

They are all very straightforward. There are a couple of points though that you should be aware of when buying full rolls (as stated on the product pages). But you can see all of our T&C’s here: Terms & Conditions.

How long will international delivery take?


If you are overseas your order will be collected from us the following day and then usually take a further 7 – 14 days to be delivered. However recent delays at borders for Covid testing of couriers may add further delays.

Can I get a sample of fabric?

Sure! Swatches cost £1 each but delivery is free in the UK (delivery outside of the UK is £3). You can add a swatch of a product to your basket from the product page drop-down. Swatches are approx 10cm x 10cm.

Can I get a refund if I need to?

We are happy to refund any uncut and unused fabric as long as it is within 30 days of delivery. Just email us first with details of what you need to return and why and we’ll get back to you with return instructions.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa Credit and Debit cards, Mastercard and Maestro.

Once your funds have been received we will ship your goods.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are based on size/weight of the parcel and UK shipping starts from £2.50 or free for orders over £50.

Most orders are shipped by Royal Mail tracked service and you can choose which service during checkout. Larger orders over 5kg and those that are over £50 and qualify for free delivery may be sent via myHermes courier service.

Shipping outside of the UK starts from £14.95p.

Swatch orders are delivered for free in the UK via Royal Mail second class post or for £3 outside of the UK.

Do I need to register to shop with you?

No you don’t. But if you’d like to all you need to do is add a password during checkout. Then when you shop with us next time (we really hope you will!) then your delivery address will already be there in your account so it’ll be super-quick for you.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most places in the EU. There are some exception e.g. Balearic and Canary Islands that we don’t ship to due to carrier costs.

What about Brexit?

We still ship to the EU following Brexit. However now we will no longer charge VAT for deliveries into the EU and customers will settle the VAT charge through the carrier.

The carrier will contact you for payment of our local VAT ahead of releasing your goods.

It is vital that you look out for and respond to the carrier requests for payment. If import duties/taxes are not settled within 48 hours the carrier will return your order to us. In these cases we will only refund the value of your fabric once we receive the order in our warehouse (2-3 weeks). We will not refund any initial delivery charges.

Deliveries are taking longer than normal due to volumes in the carrier networks.

If you order before 12pm Monday to Friday we will normally pick and pack your order the same day. The warehouse does not open at the weekends.

When we despatch your order you should receive an email confirmation (please check your junk mail).

Royal Mail

If you choose for a Royal Mail service it will be collected from us the same day and then take the following number of days to be delivered.

  • 1st Class: 2 – 5 days
  • 2nd Class: 7 – 14 days


If you choose for a UK courier delivery it will be collected from us the following day and then take a further 2 – 3 days to be delivered. e.g

  • Order Monday 11am. Delivered by Friday.
  • Order Friday 1pm. Delivered by the following Friday.
